Using AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), our technology extracts and structures data from millions of scientific documents, identifying causal biological relationships and organising them into knowledge graphs. This advanced data science empowers bioinformaticians and biologists with a deeper understanding of the connections between diseases, proteins, and drugs.

Remote Work with Real World Connection

Whilst we are remote-first, we gather at our Manchester, UK HQ every 6 months for two days of connection, workshops, and social events. It’s an opportunity for our colleagues from all over the world to get together and have fun. If you are in Product, Tech or a management role, you can also expect an occasional Hack Week or one to two other in person discussions each year, as the projects may require.

The Hiring Process

Our hiring process is friendly and efficient. Here's what to expect:

  1. Initial Conversation: After applying, you’ll typically have an introductory chat with our hiring manager or People team.
  2. Interview(s): We'll dive deeper into your experience and qualifications with one or 2 competency-based interviews, giving you the chance to meet key stakeholders and hear more about us and the role.
  3. Presentation: Depending on the role, you may be asked to present an assignment to showcase your skills.
  4. Final Meeting with our CEO: Finally, you'll meet our CEO, Dan Jamieson, to discuss your potential fit within the team.
